Built around custom 5/16” stainless steel hex lock rods permanently encased within 1/2” galvanized EMT conduit for reinforced structual integrity.

This creates a reinforced structural assembly that locks directly to the trailer frame, transferring wind load through the structure - not the fabric.

Once locked in, ShadeLock™ integrates with our custom roller system to maintain controlled tension across the banner surface.
