ShadeLock™ is a brand operated by Quick Crank LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Quick Crank LLC and its brands, including ShadeLock™.

 

 

 

Product Use

 


Quick Crank™ and ShadeLock™ products are designed for outdoor and commercial use. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for proper installation, use, anchoring, maintenance, and safety.


Outdoor shade systems may be affected by weather, wind, improper setup, or misuse.

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 


Quick Crank LLC is not liable for damages, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, failure to secure products, extreme weather conditions, or use outside of intended design.


All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

 

 

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

 


Custom-built systems, branded banners, trailer systems, and made-to-order commercial products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

 

 

 

Intellectual Property

 


All ShadeLock™ and Quick Crank™ product designs, branding, logos, and marketing materials are the property of Quick Crank LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
