ShadeLock™ is engineered as a durable, modular mobile side shade system. Our warranty reflects how the system is actually used in real-world conditions.

🔒 Limited Lifetime Warranty — Structural Components

ShadeLock™ structural components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty under normal use.

This includes:

  • Internal aluminum lock rods
  • Structural frame components
  • Mounting hardware and locking assemblies

If a structural component fails due to a manufacturing defect, ShadeLock™ will repair or replace the component at our discretion.

🧵 10-Year Fabric Warranty — Shade Material

ShadeLock™ shade fabric is backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal outdoor use.

This warranty is provided by the fabric manufacturer and covers:

  • Premature degradation of fabric integrity
  • Manufacturing defects in the shade material

❗ What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by extreme weather events
  • Damage caused by leaving shades deployed in high-wind conditions
  • Improper installation, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

ShadeLock™ is engineered for wind resistance when properly installed and secured, but no shade system is designed to withstand all weather conditions.

If something fails because of how we built it, we handle it.
If a component wears out through normal use, it can be serviced or replaced without starting over.
